At The New Originals, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
